A Nickname Worth Wearing

In lacrosse slang, a lax rat is the player who's always at the field with a stick in hand. Some people say it as a knock. We've always taken it as a compliment, so we built a brand around it.

The look comes from the old Brine lacrosse ball boxes, with that red block and the orange and yellow stripes that were always sitting around in someone's garage or gear bag.

Lax Rat Supply Co. is for the players who put in the time when nobody is keeping track.

Roots of the Game

The Creator's Game

Lacrosse started with Indigenous peoples of North America long before it was a high school or college sport, and the Haudenosaunee call it the Creator's Game.

Before plastic heads and mesh, it was played with wooden sticks and leather pockets. We keep that history in mind with everything we make.
